Preparation
Be ready even before time of the interview.
Be inside a calm room.
Sit at a table.
Dress formal if you think it will help you.
Avoid tight clothing.
Have a scribbling pad and a pen.
Keep a copy of your resume.
Keep your passport details written on a paper.
To perform better
Show your enthusiasm over your voice.
Don’t rush up.
Smile while you speak.
Keep the mouth piece at a reasonable distance.
Be audible enough but don’t shout.
Taking up the call
Greet and say your name when you receive the call.
Take down the interviewer’s name and designation when he/she says.
Listen carefully when interviewer is asking question.
Answer politely for the questions being asked.
Don’t speak while the interviewer is speaking.
Call the interviewer by his name with the title.
Assure the interviewer that you are listening to him.
Don’t use you vocabulary.
Don’t use fillers a lot of times.
Explain only the things over which you are confident.
Don’t say simply “I don’t know”
Use a synonym to clarify your doubt.
Thank the interviewer while giving up.
