A presentation has three major parts in it

 Greet the audience.
 Introduce yourself.
 Introduce the topic clearly.
 Create interest about the topic.
 Ask to note down the doubts.

Presentation

 Brief the chief points.
 Explain in detail.

Closing

 Conclude exactly.
 Clear the doubts.

Thank the people.



Visual aids
To be smart by using technology. But plan properly. Get a better knowledge about the operations of equipments. Try to present pictures or photographs. This will impress the audience and make a permanent impression in their mind.

Things to remember in your mind while making a presentation.

Communication skills

 Be audible enough to the entire crowd.
 Your voice should be clear.
 Be enthusiastic while speaking.
 Speak in a well modulated voice.
 Make use simple sentences.
 Do not use your vocabulary.
 Try to avoid terms that are too technical.
 Explain the technical terms if you use.
 Illustrate with some example.

Content

 Acquire good knowledge about the topic.
 Collect relevant evidences if possible.
 Memorize the numerals if possible.
 Arrange the order of points to be said.
 Use bullet points. (short)
 Learn to explain your points in different words.

Body language

 Smile at the audience in the beginning.
 Stand straight.
 Keep your shoulders upright.
 Don’t lean on anything.
 Never show your back to the audience.

Making use of your hands

 Make some gestures using your hands while speaking.
 Keep your palms open.
 Keep your palms facing up.
 Don’t put your hands into your pocket.
 Don’t scratch your hair.
 Don’t point out at the audience using your point finger.
 Never correct your dress on the podium.

Eye contact

 Maintain your eye contact with the audience.
 Casually glance at every one.
 Don’t stare at any one.
